ACL Announces Final Pro Qualifier Event

Charlotte, NC (June 17, 2020) – The American Cornhole League (ACL), the originator of televised competitive cornhole, is excited to announce a seventh and final ACL Pro Invitational Qualifier event in Erie, PA on June 20th. The Erie tournament will be televised LIVE through ACL’s broadcast partner on ESPN from 1:30-3:30 pm EST and on ESPN2 from 4-6 pm EST. The ACL will be running 7 smaller ACL Pro only events in place of the two National competitions that were cancelled due to COVID-19. The tournament will take place at the Bayfront Convention Center.

In accordance with the recommendations of medical experts and scientists, the singles and doubles tournaments will have a small number of ACL Pros in comparison to a normal National event, all players are being monitored and will be screened for COVID-19, players will maintain proper social distancing, and they will wear protective masks. The ACL has been in close communication government officials to ensure that all protocols are being adhered to.
